Qualifications

• Bachelor or tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in an HR Advisor/Coordinator/Generalist role.
• Exposure to employee relations and employment legislation.
• Experience using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice to leaders across employee matters.
• Build relationships with managers and employees as a trusted HR contact.
• Coach leaders on people management and decision‑making.
• Support employee relations matters including performance, conduct, attendance, grievances, and investigations.
• Assist with recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
• Contribute to workforce planning and retention initiatives and performance review cycles.
