Job summary

Oaktree Talent Group & Future State Consulting is seeking an experienced management consultant to lead operational growth for a healthcare network across Australia. Reporting to the General Manager, you will shape growth strategy, manage acquisitions, and drive performance improvements across the medical centre network.

You will partner with centre leaders, translate financial results into actionable priorities, and lead cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and clear career pathways

Qualifications

3–4 years of management consulting experience in a leading firm, focused on strategy.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, including financial modelling.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Hands-on, flexible style across different business models.
Healthcare, M&A or post-merger integration exposure is valued.

Responsibilities

Partner with centre business managers to run and grow their centres, building commercial capability.
Own monthly performance reviews with senior leaders and translate P&L into priorities.
Drive growth strategy across the network, including expansion and new specialties.
Support M&A activity from due diligence through integration.
Lead integration of newly acquired centres into the network and centralized records.
