Bupa Australia is seeking a Strategic Integration Consultant to join a growing team with options to be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You will drive integration initiatives across the IMO and major workstreams in Primary Care and Corporate Wellbeing, turning strategy into tangible outcomes.

The role requires leading projects independently, translating priorities into actionable plans, and presenting to senior stakeholders with clarity and impact.

Formación

• Experience leading projects from planning through to delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capability.
• Comfortable in ambiguous and changing environments.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to develop clear, executive-level presentations.
• Confident influencing and communicating with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to move between big-picture thinking and detailed delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage integration and transformation projects with independence.
• Support the Integration Management Office and workstreams across Primary Care and Corporate Wellbeing.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, recommendations and deliverables.
• Develop high-quality presentations and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Bring structure to evolving work and resolve issues and dependencies.
• Navigate between strategic thinking, project delivery and operational detail.
• Build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Drive integration activity to resolution by moving ideas forward.
