Job summary

UCentric, a global retail and e-commerce organisation, is partnering with an experienced Recruiter to cover its Australian and APAC operations from Melbourne’s western suburbs. You will own end-to-end recruitment across corporate, technology and operations, collaborating with hiring managers and regional leaders to shape talent strategy.

The role blends strategic talent advisory with hands-on delivery, supporting both high-volume and specialist hiring.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience in-house, agency, or embedded environments.
• Multidisciplinary recruitment across corporate, technology and operations.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities with passive candidates.
• Consultative stakeholder management to influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment with hiring managers and regional leaders across Australia and APAC.
• Manage full lifecycle from intake to offer management and onboarding support.
• Partner with global teams to align local hiring with enterprise standards.
• Build pipelines and provide market intelligence to inform sourcing strategies.
