Job summary

A2B Australia, part of ComfortDelGro Australia (CDC), is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to drive business performance through data-led insights, forecasting and strategic analysis. As part of the Finance team reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support financial planning, reporting and analysis activities across the business.

Transforming data into meaningful insights will influence decision‑making and support organisational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum three years' FP&A experience within multinational organisations or similarly structured environments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability.
• Experience working with large datasets and identifying key business drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Experience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Datarails, Adaptive Insights or similar platforms.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process with accurate targets.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Contribute to the development of the five-year long-term planning model.
• Prepare weekly operational performance dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver financial and operational modelling, including sensitivity and scenario analysis.
• Support month-end activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives across finance and reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required.
