Job summary

A2B Australia, part of ComfortDelGro Corporation Australia, is seeking a commercially minded Financial Analyst to drive performance through data-led insights, forecasting and strategic analysis. You will join the FP&A team, reporting to the FP&A Manager, and help with planning, reporting and analysis across the business.

As part of a finance team, you’ll transform data into meaningful insights that influence decision-making and support growth across our mobility brands nationwide.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CA or CPA qualification.
• Minimum three years' FP&A experience in multinational organisations or ASX-listed environments.
• Strong financial modelling, forecasting and scenario analysis capability.
• Experience with large datasets and identifying key business drivers.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query.
• Experience using BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Datarails, Adaptive Insights.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly rolling forecast and annual budgeting process with accurate targets.
• Prepare monthly management reporting with variance analysis and commentary.
• Contribute to the development of five-year long-term planning model.
• Prepare weekly operational dashboards and reporting.
• Deliver financial and operational modelling including sensitivity analysis.
• Support month-end activities for timely financial reporting.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements across finance and reporting.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and support as required.
