Job summary

New Town Toyota is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to inherit an established portfolio and lead a stable, skilled team. This Monday‑to‑Friday leadership role offers influence over strategy, access to major fleet customers, and a fully maintained vehicle as part of an attractive package.

You will drive growth across WA’s mining, resources and commercial sectors and represent the brand across the region.

Qualifications

Proven leadership experience within the automotive industry.
Strong fleet, commercial or business-to-business sales experience.
A track record of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to business development.
The ability to inspire, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Fleet team.
Drive fleet sales growth and departmental profitability.
Manage and further develop key fleet accounts across Western Australia.
Identify and secure new business in mining, resources, corporate and government sectors.
Conduct client visits, presentations and relationship building activities.
Develop strategic plans to support business growth and market expansion.
Strengthen existing customer partnerships while delivering exceptional service outcomes.
Work closely with Toyota Australia and key industry stakeholders.
Report on departmental performance and growth initiatives to the Dealer Principal.
