Job summary

WesTrac in Western Australia seeks a Mining Business Manager to lead a portfolio of major mining customers, shaping long-term strategies and delivering growth across equipment, aftermarket and technology solutions. You will lead a capable team, develop executive-level partnerships, and drive customer value while upholding WesTrac's SPARC safety culture and commitment to excellence in the mining lifecycle.

Qualifications

Strategic sales leadership within mining, resources, heavy equipment or related industries.
Proven ability to manage major accounts, contracts and complex relationships.
Strong leadership with ability to coach and develop teams.

Responsibilities

Lead Customer & Sales Strategy to drive growth, market share and profitability.
Build executive-level partnerships with major mining customers.
Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and total cost of ownership.
Lead and develop a high-performing Mining Sales team with a focus on safety and collaboration.
