Job summary

Australian Community Support Organisation (ACSO) is seeking a Financial Controller to lead financial control, governance and operations in a Canberra? Melbourne hybrid setting.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive statutory reporting, payroll, treasury and corporate services while partnering with executives and the Board to deliver financial integrity and organisational performance. Qualifications

• Lead financial accounting, payroll operations, treasury, tax, audit, insurance and statutory reporting functions.
• Drive a robust financial control and governance framework across the organisation.
• Partner with the CFO, Executive Team and Board Committees on financial stewardship and strategic decision-making.
• Lead and develop a team of eight through three direct reports.
• Champion continuous improvement across systems, controls, automation and finance processes, including TechnologyOne optimisation and responsible adoption of AI within finance operations.
• Oversee facilities, property and administration functions as part of a broader corporate services remit.
