Job summary

healthAbility, a Melbourne-based not-for-profit, is seeking an experienced executive to lead Corporate Services. The role reports to the CEO and drives performance, sustainability, and strategic growth across governance, finance, and IT initiatives.

You will oversee budgeting, reporting, statutory obligations, and risk management while guiding a multidisciplinary team. Not-for-profit sector experience is highly valued. The position offers hybrid work between Box Hill and Eltham locations.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership with governance and reporting expertise.
• Experience in organisations with multiple funding streams and reporting obligations.
• Strong strategic and commercial acumen with ability to drive organisational improvement.
• Experience in aged care or not-for-profit sectors desirable.
• Exposure to Company Secretary responsibilities is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CEO, Executive Team and Board to provide strategic advice and insights.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and funding compliance.
• Serve as Company Secretary, supporting Board governance and reporting obligations.
• Oversee governance, risk, audit, insurance, and compliance frameworks.
• Lead corporate services and finance teams to deliver high performance.
