Job summary

Hargravetechnologies, an Australian-owned company, seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead our Finance function and partner with the CEO. You will own finance operations, forecasts, FX and international trade, while collaborating with founders and executives.

The role requires CA/CPA and 7+ years in accounting/FP&A. Flexible hours with hybrid work, competitive remuneration, and a strong team culture are offered; Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA certification (required)
• 7+ years in accounting and FP&A
• experience in strategic financial partnering and leadership

Responsibilities

• Own the Finance function and act as strategic financial partner to Founders/Executive Directors
• Hands-on with accounting software and daily financial operations
• Build bottoms-up cash forecasts and manage inventory/supply chain oversight
• Directly manage foreign exchange and international trade
• Provide insightful financial data and commercial recommendations to leadership
