Infopro Digital is hiring a Finance Manager for the Australian operations, based in Sydney with a planned hybrid model after training. You will lead the Australian finance function, ensuring strong controls, accurate reporting, compliance, and robust business partnering with local and international stakeholders.

The role offers end-to-end ownership of finance, including budgeting, forecasting and systems development, with exposure to Group reporting and audit processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified CPA or CA ANZ (or equivalent) required.
• Experience in senior finance or reporting role with broader ownership.
• Strong IFRS knowledge (IFRS 15, IFRS 16) and consolidation principles.
• Experience with statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit processes.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end Australian finance function – ledgers, AP/AR, banking, monthly management accounts and reconciliations.
• Manage cash and treasury – payment runs, banking relationships, working capital and debt collection reporting.
• Deliver Group reporting obligations – monthly P&L uploads, quarterly consolidation, inter-company reconciliations.
• Support statutory reporting, tax compliance and transfer pricing with external advisers.
• Maintain and develop Finance systems (Dynamics NAV/Business Central); exposure to Power BI and Power Automate.
• Support AusREiiF reporting and budgeting with local management and Group stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Group finance teams across territories on planning and improvement initiatives.
