Richard Lloyd Recruitment in Sydney's North Shore is seeking a hands-on Finance Manager / Senior Accountant to lead a small accounting team and drive finance transformation in a growing Australian tech business.

You will own month-end close, deliver accurate reporting, and leverage OCR/automation to elevate process efficiency while partnering with FP&A for insights. This hybrid role offers one day WFH and modern offices.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified.
• Proven people leadership (staff management).
• Strong month-end and financial reporting experience.
• Experience with process improvements and finance transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end close and financial reporting within deadlines.
• Lead and develop a small accounting team.
• Drive process improvement and finance transformation.
• Leverage technology to improve finance operations.
• Partner with FP&A for reporting and insights.
• Oversee AR and working capital, automating where possible.
• Support revenue recognition across projects and contracts.
