Job summary

Response Centre, a well-established Australian-owned company in Sydney, is seeking an experienced Financial Accountant or Management Accountant to partner with the CFO/FC and improve timeliness and accuracy of accounting processes.

You will collaborate across the finance team and with Business Unit Managers, ensuring robust controls, compliance, and insightful financial reporting. The role offers office-based hours with potential occasional work-from-home days depending on business needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA/CA qualified (or working towards).
• 3+ years experience in a similar financial accounting role.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
• Proficiency in ERP and accounting software.
• Strong reconciliation skills and a problem-solving mindset.
