Job summary

Hargrave Technologies seeks a Senior Finance Manager to lead the finance function, reporting to the CEO. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A processes, delivering strategic financial guidance to support growth across our global operations.

The role offers flexible hours (60–100% FTE) and a hybrid working pattern. Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required, with pre-employment screening; remote work options may apply where appropriate.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with at least 7 years experience in accounting and FP&A.
• Experience building bottoms-up cash forecasts and providing financial data to leadership.
• Experience managing foreign exchange and international trade.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the Finance function, reporting to the CEO.
• Develop and manage budgets and financial planning cycles.
• Build cash flow forecasts and oversee inventory and supply chain financial oversight.
• Provide commercial financial insights to leadership.
