Scania Finance Australia is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead growth in asset finance across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia. You will tailor finance solutions to customer needs and manage a profitable portfolio, while partnering with Scania’s sales teams to maximize conversion and revenue.

You will leverage asset finance experience, financial analysis skills and strong customer relationships to expand the Scania finance footprint and deliver value across the region.

Formación

• Experience in asset finance and financial analysis required.
• Ability to read Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet insights.
• Proven ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for growth and business development in financial services.
• Knowledge of commercial vehicle industry is highly regarded.
• Banking/finance processing experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development of finance and insurance solutions for Scania Finance Australia across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
• Drive new business leads and maximize conversion to provide total transport solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams and account managers to grow profitability.
• Prepare and present creditworthy finance applications for customers.
• Develop and implement sales plans and track performance.
