Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure, facilities, planning, property, project delivery or related field.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Experience preparing grants, funding submissions or investment proposals.
• Commitment to collaboration, inclusion and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and development of a sustainable, future-focused tennis facility network across the ACT and region.
• Build strong partnerships with government, councils, clubs and community stakeholders to advocate for infrastructure investment and growth.
• Identify, secure and manage grant funding opportunities, business cases and capital investment projects.
• Deliver facility renewal, redevelopment and infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, accessibility and long-term sustainability.
• Provide strategic oversight of asset management, maintenance programs and major works across Tennis ACT facilities.
