Job summary

Tennis SA is seeking a proactive leader to oversee the development, delivery and growth of South Australia’s tournament pathway. You will drive the calendar, ensure high-standard events, and support Directors across the region.

The role requires strong event management skills, relationship-building with clubs and officials, and the ability to innovate and expand competitive play while aligning with Tennis Australia priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sports administration or event delivery is essential.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple events and priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building with clubs, volunteers, officials, players and internal teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to improve processes and grow participation.
• Confident, effective communicator able to educate and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, delivery and promotion of Tennis SA's tournament pathway.
• Manage the annual tournament calendar ensuring high standards and alignment with priorities.
• Provide education, guidance and support to Tournament Directors across events in South Australia.
• Act as Tournament Director for Tennis SA and SA Pro Tour events, coordinating with clubs and Tennis Australia.
• Drive innovation and growth across competitive play and new offerings.
