Tennis ACT is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future tennis infrastructure across the ACT and region. You will work with government, councils, clubs and community partners to drive sustainable facilities and secure investment for growth.

In this role you’ll oversee asset management, maintenance programs and major works, ensuring accessible, long-term, high-quality outcomes while balancing strategic and practical execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure or facilities planning or related field.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and funding proposals.
• Police Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Flexibility in working hours and arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and development of a sustainable, future-focused tennis facility network across the ACT and region
• Build strong partnerships with government, councils, clubs and community stakeholders to advocate for infrastructure investment and growth
• Identify, secure and manage grant funding opportunities, business cases and capital investment projects
• Deliver facility renewal, redevelopment and infrastructure projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes, accessibility and long-term sustainability
• Provide strategic oversight of asset management, maintenance programs and major works across Tennis ACT facilities
