Crown Resorts’ Crown Sydney portfolio invites a visionary Head of Food & Beverage to lead our luxury venues, driving strategy, guest experiences and commercial success across multiple high-profile spaces.

Reporting to senior executives, you will shape F&B strategy, oversee multi-venue operations, mentor large teams, and partner with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver world-class dining and memorable experiences for guests and patrons.

Qualificações

• Extensive senior leadership experience in multi-venue luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record opening venues or leading large projects.
• Strong ability to lead and execute F&B strategy in complex environments.
• Proven revenue growth and profitability track record.
• Experience in Michelin environments or with acclaimed chefs is preferred.
• Experience managing service agreements or contracts in hospitality.
• Collaborative leadership with strong stakeholder management.
• Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced settings.
• Ability to obtain Casino Employee Licenses.
