Accor at Sydney Olympic Park is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to lead Culinary, Conference & Events, Bacar, Boulevard Brasserie, and Room Service across brands. You will partner with the Executive Committee and the General Manager to deliver outstanding F&B experiences in a premier events precinct.

The role requires strategic planning, high-volume operation oversight, and strong people leadership to drive guest satisfaction, brand standards, and financial performance across multiple

Qualificações

• Proven F&B management experience in high-volume luxury hotels.
• Ability to lead multi-skilled teams across brands.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L forecasting.
• Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
• RSA certification and liquor licensing knowledge.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of Culinary, Conference & Events, and Room Service as a single integrated operation.
• Embed Brand Standards across all outlets with regular self-audits.
• Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, Housekeeping and others for seamless service.
• Analyze guest satisfaction data and drive actions to improve scores.
• Manage rosters, wage costs and F&B expenses to budget.
• Lead and develop the F&B leaders and outlet managers.
• Establish training aligned with Accor Brand and service standards.
• Drive revenue through upselling and strategic promotions.
• Ensure WHS, RSA, and licensing compliance.
