Griffith University is seeking an Executive Support Officer to provide high-level operational and executive support to the Sciences Executive. You will coordinate activities, prepare advice and information for senior staff, and lead complex project work that shapes strategy and policy.

Based at the Gold Coast or Brisbane South (Nathan) campuses, the role requires collaboration across multiple sites, strong governance, and the ability to manage staff workloads while building professional networks

Competenze

• The occupant will hold relevant tertiary qualifications with at least four years’ relevant work experience.

• Provide high-level strategic advice and executive support to the Sciences Executive.
• Coordinate agendas, minutes and actions for senior leadership meetings.
• Lead high-level projects and manage cross-university initiatives.
• Develop strategy papers, briefs and policy documents.
• Improve business processes and governance through system enhancements.
• Manage professional and support staff workloads.
• Foster networks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and University policies.
