Job summary

Griffith University on the Gold Coast campus is seeking an Administration Officer for Schools Engagement and Pathways. The role provides high-quality administrative and operational support to the Future Students team, coordinating student ambassador engagements, campus visits, events and related business processes.

You will hold at least an associate diploma with two years of relevant experience, enjoy building stakeholder relationships, and support budgeting, procurement, and system

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative and operational support in a service-focused environment.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with ability to manage multiple activities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy across databases, spreadsheets and online systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end administration of student ambassador engagements including recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide logistical support for school engagement activities (campus visits, tours, room bookings, catering, transport).
• Monitor emails and triage enquiries for ambassadors and stakeholders.
• Maintain records, support process improvements and prepare reports.
