Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise or strategic workforce planning functions.
• Experience developing workforce planning frameworks, methodologies and governance arrangements.
• Strong experience integrating workforce, operational and financial data for decision-making.
• Proven capability in workforce forecasting, scenario planning and analytics.
• Experience preparing executive briefings and strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in a large, complex organisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing management of the enterprise workforce planning framework and operating model.
• Integrate demand, supply, capability, workforce mix, financial and operational data to form a consolidated position.
• Design and evaluate workforce planning scenarios, highlighting risks, impacts and trade-offs.
• Provide strategic workforce planning advice and recommendations to senior executives.
• Prepare high-quality executive briefs, position papers and reports for decision-making.
• Establish governance arrangements, planning methodologies and assurance processes.
• Partner with business leaders to identify workforce challenges and develop practical solutions.
• Support forecasting, capability planning and investment decisions; drive continuous improvement.
