Job summary

Skillsoft is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to lead enterprise accounts across onboarding, adoption, and renewal. You will partner with learning, talent, HR, and business leaders to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable outcomes.

As a strategic advisor, you will own customer success plans, manage risk, and drive expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales, Professional Services, Product, and internal specialists to ensure a coordinated experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success, account management, or related roles in enterprise software or HR tech.
• Experience managing 30+ enterprise customers up to $7m in book of business.
• Proven ability advising senior leaders on learning and workforce priorities.
• Strong understanding of digital learning, skills development, and competency development.
• Ability to turn engagement and outcome data into a clear value story.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic advisor to executives, aligning priorities with measurable outcomes.
• Create and maintain customer success plans with goals, milestones, and owners.
• Drive adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness across the lifecycle.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, PS, Product for a coordinated customer experience.
