Qualifications

• 8+ years in Customer Success or related roles in enterprise software.
• Experience advising senior leaders on learning, talent, or transformation priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, education or related field, or equivalent.

• Build trusted relationships across customer organizations and translate insights into recommendations.
• Create and maintain customer success plans with clear goals and owners.
