Chainguard is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to be the post-sales primary contact for enterprise customers, guiding onboarding, implementation, and adoption. You will work with Solutions Architects, Technical Support, Product Management, Engineering and Sales to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support.

You will manage relationships across technical and business stakeholders, drive renewals, educate customers on features and security practices, and stay current with industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise, customer-facing roles coordinating with technical and business teams.
• Active NV1 clearance with ability to obtain NV2 for federal work.
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, AppSec or related security domains.
• Autonomous, strategic thinker with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with willingness to create new processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical onboarding for new enterprise customers and align with pre/post-sales teams.
• Nurture relationships with diverse stakeholders from tech staff to CISOs to drive renewals and expansion.
• Collaborate with Edu team to educate customers on features, security principles, and best practices.
• Develop hands-on product knowledge and share insights to optimize Chainguard usage.
• Advocate for customer needs across internal teams and collaborate with engineering, sales, and product.
• Coordinate with Support and Customer Engineering to ensure timely issue resolution.
