Job summary

AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) to lead end-to-end capture activities from our Barton office. You will coordinate bids, ensure readiness of resources, and drive business development across Defence client programs.

The role reports to the CEO and General Manager, involves working closely with senior stakeholders, and requires Defence experience, a Bachelor degree, and Australian citizenship. Travel locally with own vehicle may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong Defence knowledge and experience in contract management.
• Proven ability to coordinate bid submissions and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
