Job summary

AeroPM, a veteran-owned and female-owned Defence specialist, seeks a Capture & Operations Manager to join the Barton-based team. This full-time role reports to the CEO and General Manager, leading opportunity capture, bid submissions, and key operational functions across Defence contracts.

You will coordinate tender activities, maintain resource readiness, and drive business development with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence contracting and program management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and bid-management capabilities.
• Understanding of governance and compliance in Defence projects.
