Job summary

AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) to lead end-to-end capture, bid management and operational compliance from our Barton office. You will work closely with the CEO and General Manager to coordinate tender submissions and ensure readiness of resources and contracts.

The role requires strong Defence experience, Australian citizenship and willingness to travel locally. A Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in stakeholder engagement and Defence contracting are

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Demonstrated Defence sector experience essential.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance capabilities.
