Job summary

AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) to lead opportunity capture, bid management and operational governance from our Barton office. You will coordinate tender submissions, keep resource readiness up to date, and support business development across Defence and government sectors.

The role reports to the CEO and General Manager, requires Defence experience, high attention to detail, stakeholder engagement skills, and a proactive, collaborative approach in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Strong Defence acumen.
• Bachelor degree.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Previous experience working in the Defence sector.
• Australian citizenship.
• Ability to work full-time from our Barton office.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings (own vehicle required).
