Job summary

AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) based in Barton, ACT. The role reports to the CEO and General Manager and leads end-to-end capture, bid submissions, and operational compliance while coordinating cross‑functional teams across Defence and government sectors.

The successful candidate will bring Defence experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proactive approach to business development, with a focus on maintaining resource readiness and driving client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Defence environments or contracts.
• Proven ability to manage capture processes and bid activities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and compliant operations.
• Detail oriented with ability to coordinate multiple workstreams.
