AeroPM, a Defence-focused firm, seeks a Capture & Operations Manager to lead capture, bids and related operations from our Barton office. This full-time role reports to the CEO/GM and collaborates with leadership to drive Defence competitive tender activity with discipline and integrity.

You will coordinate end-to-end capture, maintain readiness of resources, and support strategic business development across Defence and government sectors, while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and Australian citizenship.
• Strong Defence knowledge and experience in contracting.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally and work from Barton office.
