Job summary

AeroPM is seeking a Capture & Operations Manager (Defence) based in Barton, ACT. This full-time role reports to the CEO and General Manager, leading opportunity capture, bid management, and key operational activities across Defence and government sectors.

You will coordinate end-to-end capture processes, maintain readiness, and support business development with strong Defence acumen and stakeholder engagement. Local travel and full-time on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Defence acumen and Defence sector experience.
• Bachelor degree required.
• Proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational capability.
• Australian citizenship.
• Willingness to travel locally by own vehicle.
• Full-time role based in Barton office.
• Experience in Defence industry contracting.
