Job summary

Kubota Australia is seeking a Dealer Development Manager to shape partnerships across Australia. Based from Truganina, you will travel regionally and interstate to optimise dealer networks, drive growth and enhance customer reach.

You will apply strategic thinking, business development and relationship management to lead network planning, introduce improvements, and act as a trusted advisor to dealers for sustainable operations and long-term value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing or Agribusiness.
• Strong strategic planning and leadership experience.
• Experience in dealer networks, sales or channel management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive dealer network roadmap and strategy.
• Lead planning for territories, appointments, mergers and relocations.
• Advise dealers to improve coverage, market penetration and performance.
• Support training, reporting and change initiatives.
• Represent the brand at external and dealer events.
