Job summary

Geely Auto Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a senior Network Manager to develop and support its dealer network, establish development processes, and implement programs that grow dealer retail business and service levels. You will work with GA A Management, field staff and dealers to create annual dealer plans, monitor performance, and implement improvements.

• Experience in dealer network/channel management within automotive OEMs or large dealer groups.
• Ability to manage full dealer lifecycle from on-boarding to performance optimisation.
• Strong understanding of dealer retail operations and performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Geely Auto Australia dealer network development, policies and processes.
• Implement programs to grow dealer retail business, improve network quality and service levels.
• Manage dealer programs with GA A Management, field staff and dealers; create annual dealer plans.
• Identify and assess new dealer prospects and manage appointments and terminations.
• Collaborate with Network Director to implement dealer network strategy aligned with sales plan.
• Oversee dealer appointments, relocations, terminations and related legal processes.
• Enforce Geely CI standards across the dealer network via regular audits.
• Manage dealer performance with quarterly reviews and reporting to GA A Management.
• Establish and maintain dealer reporting frameworks and clear guidelines.
• Review monthly dealer submissions for accuracy and key financial KPIs.
• Work with dealers to develop corrective action plans aligned with KPIs.
• Lead development and implementation of Dealer Quality Standards.
• Create and optimise dealer performance management frameworks.
• Undertake additional duties or projects as required.
