Job summary

Geely Auto Australia is seeking a seasoned dealer network leader to grow and support our national dealer ecosystem. You will establish and refine network development processes, drive dealer performance, and ensure service levels meet high standards across the network.

You will manage dealer programs, collaborate with senior management and dealers to execute annual plans, monitor KPI targets, and deliver scalable improvements while balancing compliance and commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (typically 6+ years) in dealer network / channel management, ideally in automotive OEMs or large dealer groups.
• Demonstrated capability across the full dealer lifecycle: development, appointment, onboarding, performance management and optimisation.
• Strong understanding of dealer retail operations and KPI-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, grow, and support the GAA dealer network, establishing and improving network development processes, policies, and standards.
• Develop programs that grow dealer retail businesses, improve network quality, and enhance service levels for customers.
• Manage dealer programs, monitor network performance, and implement timely actions with the Network Director and field staff.
• Identify new dealer prospects, manage appointments, monitor performance, and handle terminations as core duties.
