Job summary

AustCorp Executive is seeking an experienced Account Manager to grow data centre and critical infrastructure sales, developing opportunities from initial contact through tendering and contract.

You will work with engineering and operations to deliver integrated automation, control and monitoring solutions, managing pricing, proposals and CRM records. The role offers a hybrid setup with strong career growth potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or technical sales within data centres or critical infrastructure.
• Understanding of data centre infrastructure, power, cooling, BMS and monitoring systems.
• Familiarity with building automation and integrated digital technologies.
• Ability to discuss architectures, interfaces and integration with stakeholders.
• Experience managing tenders, pricing, proposals and contracts.
• Proven ability to grow revenue through strategic account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow strategic relationships with data centre customers across new projects, upgrades and asset requirements.
• Drive new business development across data centres and critical infrastructure environments.
• Position solutions spanning BMS, automation, monitoring and digitalisation.
• Manage full sales cycle: qualification, tendering, quotations, proposals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with engineering, solution architects and operations teams to deliver technically sound, commercially competitive solutions.
• Manage pricing, cost estimates, margins and commercial risks for profitability.
• Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and structured account plans.
• Apply value-based selling and ABM strategies to grow engagement and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and internal processes.
