Datacom is seeking an Account Manager in Adelaide to maximise revenue from major/key client accounts. You’ll plan and oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and strategic growth.

The role requires 4+ years in account management, strong negotiation, and IT product knowledge. We value collaboration and flexibility with a hybrid office setup and opportunities to work remotely when suitable.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of account management experience.
• Experience managing customer contracts and requests.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Formulating and managing strategic business plans for major client accounts.
• Managing revenue, growth, and profitability for portfolio.
• Lead program processes and coordinate cross-business resources.
• Negotiate with clients and third parties.
• Prepare sales proposals, tenders and contracts.
• Be the single point of contact during implementation.
• Identify opportunities for expanded business with clients.
• Advise clients on IT strategy.
