Responsibilities

• Lead complex and escalated customs clearance matters.
• Design and implement operational processes and procedures for the new function.
• Partner with customers to develop effective clearance solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Operations, Commercial, Regulatory.
• Support training, knowledge sharing and capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation projects.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company standards.
