Australian Unity seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Corporate to lead end-to-end recruitment for Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Procurement and Executive Support. You will partner with senior leaders, build strong talent pipelines, and drive a compliant, inclusive recruitment process.

You will navigate lower-volume, complex corporate hiring with a focus on quality, speed and cost, while reducing agency reliance through direct sourcing. Hybrid work 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment across Technology/AI, Finance, HR, Marketing, Procurement and enabling functions.
• Exceptional candidate management and stakeholder engagement from application to onboarding.
• Expertise sourcing top-tier candidates and building strong talent pipelines.
• Experience with ATS including SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Premium Talent Search.
• Understanding of recruitment AI tools and platforms for sourcing, screening and candidate engagement.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
• Mid-to-senior corporate recruitment experience, including negotiating salaries, offers and agency terms.
• Familiarity with Australian workplace legislation, including the Fair Work Act.
• Experience with diverse candidate pools, inclusive recruitment and proactive talent identification.
• Exposure to workforce planning and partnering with GM, EGM and Group Executive stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End Recruitment Cycle: Manage recruitment for Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Procurement and Executive Support.
• Lead shortlisting, interviewing, assessment and offer negotiation.
• Strategic partnership with hiring managers and senior leaders with regular status updates.
• Sourcing and engagement across multiple channels; reduce agency usage via direct sourcing.
• Ensure a professional candidate and hiring manager experience with timely feedback.
• Promote inclusive hiring and maintain governance and data privacy.
