Responsibilities

• High level administration and ongoing operational support.
• Financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting.
• Lead strategic initiatives: sensitivity analysis, finance modelling and process reengineering.
• Manage costs and cash flow, including invoice discounting.
• Prepare weekly dashboards and monthly board reports; lead the team.
• Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed.
• Represent the company in public forums to promote programs and policies.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and systems.
