This top leadership role requires setting standards and directing policy to maximise profit and efficiency.

The position is full-time with a salary range of $87,500 to $107,500 plus superannuation. A minimum of one year of experience is required.

• Minimum of 1 year experience required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise, direct and review day-to-day operations and major functions through departmental managers and subordinate executives.
• Authorize funding of major policy implementation programs and manage budgets.
• Represent the organisation at official occasions and liaise between areas of responsibility.
• Prepare reports, budgets and forecasts for governing bodies.
• Select and manage the performance of senior staff.
