Job summary

PHILLIP RILEY PROJECTS PTY LTD in Sydney NSW seeks an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join the executive team, reporting to the Managing Director. You will oversee finance, administration, and strategic initiatives to support multiple operations.

Key duties include planning, budgeting and reporting, cash flow management, and leading a small team. You will liaise with external accountants and auditors and represent the company in public forums to promote new programs.

Qualifications

• Cost control and cash flow management including invoicing.
• Preparing dashboards and board reports; team leadership.

Job Description

Phillip Riley are searching for an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join the executive team. You will report to the Managing Director. Tasks include:

• Performing high level administration duties and ongoing operational support;
• Comprehensive financial management including planning, budgeting and reporting;
• Strategic initiatives including sensitivity analysis, finance modelling, process reengineering across different operations;
• Ensuring effective ongoing cost control and cash flow management including use of invoice discounting facility;
• Preparing weekly management dashboards and monthly board reports; team management and leadership;
• Liaising with external accountants and auditors when required;
• Performing in public forums to promote new programs and policies
• Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained;
