Job summary

St George Community Housing in Sydney is seeking a Partnership Coordinator to manage partnership programs and place-based initiatives that help customers access support and opportunities. You will report to the Senior Community Impact & Partnership Manager, coordinating programs across SGCH and external partners.

Qualifications

• Qualification in community services, social housing, project coordination, business administration or related discipline.
• Experience coordinating programs, partnerships, service agreements or stakeholder relationships in community services, housing, disability, government or not-for-profit environments.
• Strong planning, communication, reporting and problem-solving skills; able to juggle competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate partnership programs and initiatives, ensuring activities, milestones and stakeholder commitments are delivered effectively.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and funders across programs (Homes NSW, SDA, NDIS, Transitional Housing, SHMT, Bonnyrigg).
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program delivery and resolve operational issues.
• Prepare reports, meeting papers, program documentation and governance updates for informed decision-making.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and suggest improvements to strengthen service delivery.
• Maintain records, reporting and administrative controls to support funding requirements.
