Job summary

Zerra is seeking an Operational Contracts Manager for its Western Downs Digital Park in regional Queensland. The role leads the operations commercial requirements across Engineering, Development, Legal and Finance teams to optimise contract performance, drive governance and reduce risk.

You will manage procurement, contract compliance, performance reporting and vendor relationships to support Zerra’s hyperscale data centre campuses and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in contract management, procurement or vendor management.
• Experience managing operational contracts in a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of contract law and compliance requirements.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in contract management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Procurement: Undertake market due diligence and run tendering processes, ensuring Zerra and Customer requirements are achieved.
• Contract Compliance: Maintain a centralised repository of contracts and related documentation; monitor compliance with SLAs.
• Performance Management: Implement standardised contract management procedures; track KPIs and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for contract queries; coordinate vendor performance reviews and stakeholder alignment.
