Job summary

Zerra DC is seeking a Planning Manager – Pre-Construction to own the integrated program for future buildings and shared campus works in Western Downs Digital Park. You will align development, design, permitting and procurement milestones, guiding teams across Development, Design, Legal and Finance to a clear plan and reliable delivery paths.

Qualifications

Six+ years in planning, programme management or project controls during development/pre-construction.
Experience integrating design, approvals, permitting and procurement into a master programme.
Understanding milestones and reporting for financial close.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated pre-construction master programme for future buildings and campus works.
Coordinate approvals, design, permitting and procurement milestones into a single plan.
Track progress, perform schedule risk analysis and recovery planning for critical dates.
Provide governance, coordinating consultants and reporting across the development pipeline.
Prepare live approvals tracker reflecting statutory timeframes and conditions.
