Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Communications Partner to support enterprise-wide internal and change communications aligned with our strategy. This hands-on role partners with leaders and project teams to tell compelling stories across digital and internal channels, driving employee understanding and adoption of initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Change and Communications, you will shape communication plans, manage calendars, and measure effectiveness to continually improve engagement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications or Public Relations with relevant experience
• Experience developing communication strategies for large organisations

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide internal and change communication strategies with the Head of Change & Communications
• Create engaging stories, plans and digital content for employee engagement
• Advise leaders and project teams on communication needs and sequencing
• Lead the annual communications calendar and channel governance
• Measure effectiveness and provide insights to improve outcomes
