Job summary

Bega Group is seeking a Communications Partner to lead internal and change communications aligned with our strategy. Based in Docklands, VIC, this hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and collaboration with leaders and project teams to bring key initiatives to life across digital and intranet channels.

You will measure impact, craft engaging stories, advise stakeholders, and help strengthen understanding, alignment and adoption of our values and priorities across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Communications or Public Relations.
• Experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver enterprise-wide internal and change communication strategies.
• Create engaging stories, plans, materials and digital content.
• Advise leaders, project teams and stakeholders on communications.
• Lead the annual communications calendar and channel governance.
• Measure effectiveness and drive improvements in employee engagement.
