Job summary

APA Group seeks a Communications Business Partner to join the Sustainability and Corporate Affairs team in Melbourne or Sydney. The role partners with senior leaders to deliver strategic communications and employee engagement, shaping strategies and helping leaders connect employees to APA's priorities.

Experience in change initiatives and executive communication is essential. You will work with executives and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent internal messaging and active engagement

Qualifications

• Significant experience in internal communications, corporate communications or strategic communications business partnering within a complex organisation.
• Proven ability to build credibility with senior executives and act as trusted adviser on high-profile initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking to connect priorities and translate topics into clear employee communications.
• Experience supporting change, transformation, technology or organisational initiatives with stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Group Executives to develop and deliver communications strategies aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Provide strategic counsel on major initiatives including technology adoption and change programs.
• Develop leadership communications, including Town Halls, updates, speeches and content for internal channels.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing outcomes and challenging where needed.
• Collaborate with media, digital and broader teams to deliver consistent messaging.
• Measure and improve communication outcomes to drive engagement and alignment.
